Our History & Future
When A-Otay Constructs Etc. was founded in April 2015, foundation and sub-floor work were our first activities entering us into the construction industry.
From there, we added rough-in electrical and plumbing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, and trim work. Then, we added bathroom and kitchen remodels as new entries to our list of services.
Owner/operator Zean Otey and his team has completed countless projects ranging from simple to complex bathroom remodels and is currently moving toward primarily custom tile floor/shower installations for both residential and commercial projects, and LVP flooring.
